This Privacy Policy explains how Satine Team ("Satine", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Satine mobile application and related services (the "Service").

1) Scope

Satine is a fitness video app designed to help users stay active and motivated through guided workout content. It offers structured training videos for different goals, fitness levels, and routines, making it easy to exercise anytime and anywhere.

This policy applies to users of the Service who are 17 years of age or older.

2) Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways.

A. Information You Provide to Us

  • Account information: name, username, email address.
  • Customer support: messages you send to support (and related contact details, as needed to respond).

B. Information We Collect Automatically

  • Device information: device model, operating system version, language, time zone, and app version.
  • Usage data and analytics: interactions with the Service, features used, screens viewed, and performance metrics.
  • Crash logs and diagnostics: crash reports, error logs, and related technical data.

C. Location Information (Only With Your Permission)

  • If enabled, we may collect precise or approximate location data. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.

D. Cookies and Similar Technologies

  • For web-based components (such as in-app web views), cookies and similar technologies (which may include web beacons) may be used for login, preferences, reliability, and security.

3) Photos, Face Data, and Similar Media

If you choose to upload photos or images for certain features:

  • We do not perform facial recognition and we do not create or store biometric identifiers or biometric templates.
  • Any server-side processing, if used, is performed one time and the uploaded media is deleted from our servers immediately after processing is completed.
  • By default, media is stored locally on your device (where the feature supports local storage).
  • We do not use your photos for advertising/marketing, and we do not use them to train machine learning or AI models.

4) Optional Automated / AI-Assisted Processing (If You Choose to Use It)

Some features may allow you to submit text and/or images for automated processing (including AI-assisted generation). If you choose to use these features:

  • The submitted content is processed on Satine Team controlled servers.
  • We do not share your submitted content with any third-party AI providers.
  • The submitted content is deleted from our servers immediately after processing is completed.
  • You control whether to upload and generate content; you can choose not to use these features.

5) How We Use Information

  • Provide and maintain the Service (including account access and delivering workout content)
  • Personalize the experience (such as remembering preferences)
  • Improve the Service (including debugging, analytics, and performance)
  • Protect safety and security (including fraud prevention and abuse detection)
  • Provide customer support and respond to requests
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

6) How We Share Information

We may share information only as needed and in the minimum necessary manner:

  • With your consent: when you direct us to do so or provide explicit consent.
  • With service providers (processors): vendors who process information on our behalf to operate and improve the Service, under contractual obligations.
  • For legal reasons: to comply with law, legal process, or governmental requests, and to enforce our policies.
  • To protect rights and safety: to protect Satine, our users, or others.

7) International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.

No system is 100% secure. Please keep your account credentials confidential.

9) Data Retention

  • Account information: for the duration of your account.
  • After account deletion: deleted or anonymized within 30 days, unless legally required or needed for security/fraud prevention.
  • Usage data and analytics: up to 12 months.
  • Customer support communications: up to 6 months.

10) Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Access and obtain a copy of your personal information
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your personal information
  • Restrict or object to certain processing
  • Withdraw consent (for example, location permission) at any time

11) Children

The Service is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 17. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
